During this time, he gained extensive exposure across the poultry production chain, including Grandparent and Parent stock operations, broilers, breeder hatcheries, commercial hatcheries, feed mills, processing plants, commercial layer systems, and veterinary laboratory work.
In 2015, Dr Pardon was appointed Broiler Department Manager, where he excelled before being promoted to Breeder Manager. Animal husbandry — particularly poultry farming — became our saving grace. It was hard work with very low margins, and losing even a single chick meant a great deal to us.
That experience is why I remain deeply committed to helping farmers of every scale. I approach every farm visit with the same passion and dedication, striving to serve wholeheartedly, earn trust, and build lifelong relationships along the way.”
We are excited to have Dr Pardon join the C4 Africa team and look forward to the value, expertise, and passion he brings to our clients and the broader agricultural industry.

Dr Pardon graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 2013 and is registered with both the Council of Veterinary Surgeons of Zimbabwe and the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC).Following graduation, he joined the Irvine’s Group in 2014 as part of their intensive graduate trainee programme within one of Africa’s leading …

["post-1558","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
